Therapy is healthcare, a sacred space to seek understanding, guidance and tools to handle life's challenges. If you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or any other mental health challenges, therapy can be incredibly beneficial.

I offer in-person and virtual individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness- based therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. I tailor the approach based on your unique needs and am happy to offer a consultation to help you understand how therapy could benefit you.

To get started, contact us to schedule a consult.

How long will therapy take?

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the nature of the issues you’re working on. Some people see improvement in a few sessions, while others may work with me over a longer period. We'll regularly check in to assess progress and adjust as needed.

If I'm nervous about starting therapy, what can I expect?

It’s completely normal to feel nervous about starting therapy. The first session will primarily be about getting to know each other, understanding your goals, and outlining how therapy will work. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Therapists help with emotional and mental well-being through talk therapy, while psychiatrists can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medication. If you think medication might help, I can provide recommendations for psychiatrists in your area.
